2.  **Insert Lancet:** Load a **standard 30G lancet** Or Preferred Size of lancets into the holder and remove its protective cover.
3.  **Set Your Depth:** Rotate the base dial to your preferred setting (start with 1.5 or 2).
4.  **Prime the Device:** Pull back the end plunger until you hear a click.
5.  **Test:** Place the tip against your fingertip and press the side trigger button.
6.  **Safely Dispose:** Use the lancet's safety clip or the ejector mechanism to discard the used lancet. Replace the cap.
