Delivery confirmation number for your package will be sent to you via email as soon as we ship your order. To be sure that you are receiving our emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.) add our name to your approved sender.

Our shipping rates are based on order weight and/or the dimensional weight of the order.

Please keep in mind that orders that are over $99 will have an option for free shipping via Standard (2-8 business days) shipping service. To be eligible for the free standard shipping, your cart total must be over $99 after any discounts are applied. Free standard shipping only applies to addresses within the Contiguous US.

Most orders placed will ship on the same day if received by 1 PST. Orders placed after 1 PM PST will be shipped on the following business day. If you are shipping to a PO Box, please select standard or priority shipping methods only. Special order products will be shipped within 3-6 business days. These products will have a message on the bottom of the product detail page. Products that require a physician order will be shipped once we receive the approval.

For all orders shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or a military / APO address, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package. Shipments may also be subject to additional shipping charges. All shipments weighing over 10lbs are also subject to additional shipping charges. Express (next business day): Orders placed after 3pm EST on Thursday will be shipped on Friday. The next business day delivery for orders shipped on Friday is on Monday

Incorrect addresses: Please check your order for the accuracy of your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in a $10 address correction fee. This fee will be added to your credit card.
