You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes the time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days), process it (3-5 business days), and for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

To start a return, simply log in to your account, go to the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

We are able to ship to most addresses worldwide. Please note that certain products may have restrictions, and some items cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Shipping date estimates may be visible on the shipping quotes page, depending on the carrier you choose.

Please also be aware that shipping rates for many of our items are based on weight. The weight of each item can be found on its product detail page. To align with our shipping partners' policies, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
